Chapter 12.05 General City Property
Section 12.05.010 Vacant Property – Gardens
- The city council finds the City owns certain unused vacant property which would not be harmed and would be benefited if put to use by volunteers, without cost, for private gardens.
- The city engineer or his designee is authorized to issue permits to private citizens authorizing them to enter designated areas of vacant municipal property, to remove debris and litter therefrom and to plant gardens thereon.
