Chapter 12.05 General City Property
Section 12.05.020 Permit Revocable – Waiver – Hold Harmless
- The permits are mere licenses and may be revoked with or without cause at any time the City engineer or the engineer’s designee determines.
- Permittees on their own behalf and the behalf of their heirs and assigns, as a condition of the permit, waive all claims for bodily injury or property damage against the City, its agents and employees. Permittees accept the areas designated “as is.”
- Permittees on their own behalf and the behalf of their heirs and assigns, as a further condition of the permit, covenant to fully indemnify the City, its agents and employees, against all loss or liability occasioned by use or enjoyment of the permit.
- Permits are nonassignable.
