Article I. Private Project Cost Recovery – Latecomer Agreements
Section 12.13.040 Ownership of System
- To be eligible, a transportation project must comply with all City ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the design and construction of the transportation project.
- Upon approval of the latecomer agreement the constructed transportation project becomes the property of the City.

- Maintenance and operation costs of the system are the responsibility of the City.
