Chapter 13.01 General Provisions
Section 13.01.050 Duties Imposed – Acts Forbidden
- Whenever any duty or function is listed in connection with the City or a City official herein, it shall be interpreted as a direction and authorization to act in the exercise of sound discretion and in good faith.
- As to duties imposed or acts forbidden of owners and occupants of premises or other members of the public, they shall be construed as mandatory requirements to act or avoid actions as stated in this code at the risk of prescribed penalties.
