Section 13.01.080 Regulations
- The city engineer may promulgate any regulations necessary to implement any portion of the utilities code. He shares this power with other officials where designated.
- Such regulations, if approved by the city council and published once in the Official Gazette, thereafter have the force of law.
- Amendments or repeals are accomplished in the same way.
