Section 13.01.080 Regulations
- The city engineer may promulgate any regulations necessary to implement any portion of the utilities code. He shares this power with other officials where designated.
Any Public Rule shall be adopted pursuant to Chapter 03.14 of the Spokane Municipal Code.
