Section 13.01.150 General Savings
- Unless necessary to the accomplishment of its purpose, this title does not apply to acts or omissions committed prior to its enactment.
- Rights vested and obligations imposed under prior ordinances are not extinguished by the enactment of this title and the repeal thereby of superseded ordinances.
