Chapter 13.02 Solid Waste
Article I. General Provisions
Section 13.02.0218 Theft of Collection Service Prohibited
- No person may place or deposit any materials in or around a solid waste receptacle or recycling container owned or provided for the use of said premises served except the owner or occupant of the premises for whom the service arrangements have been made.
- Violation of this section is a theft of solid waste collection service.
- Violations are a civil infraction. These penalties are in addition to full restitution.
