Section 13.02.0340 Customers Must Use Only Approved Containers
- Customers must use only containers approved by the director of solid waste management, including recyclables. Customers using personal cans will not be credited for lost or damaged cans, and are advised to put out at their own risk.
- The director determines which type of container and equipment is suitable for a service request.
- Separate vehicles are provided to collect general-mixed solid waste and recyclable materials.
- Where service is declined for failure to comply with this or any other provision, it does not relieve the customer’s obligation to pay for the service call.
