Article III. Collection
Section 13.02.0340 Customers Must Use Only Approved Containers
- Customers must use only containers approved by the director solid waste collection operations, including recyclables.
- The director determines which type of container and equipment is suitable for a service request.
- Separate vehicles are provided to collect general-mixed solid waste and recyclable materials.
- Where service is declined for failure to comply with this or any other provision, it does not relieve the customer’s obligation to pay for the service call.
