Section 13.02.0358 Minimum Service – Multi-unit Dwellings
- Premises with multi-unit dwellings must accept solid waste collection services for at least one thirty-gallon automated cart or equivalent container capacity per dwelling unit per week. Subject to this minimum, a customer may use thirty-gallon automated carts or select from container choices available from the department sufficient for the premises’ weekly needs.
- Premises with multi-unit dwellings served by a single water meter may not elect separate billings for individual dwelling units or groups of units. Such premises must accept single-account billing through a combined City utilities bill for the entire premises unless other arrangements are approved in writing by the director.
