Section 13.02.0522 Container Dump Requests
- Phone (509) 625-7956 for temporary dump service and (509) 625-7955 for permanent dump service.
- All requests for dumps require one business day advance notice.
- While the department will always attempt to work within the customer’s schedule, time of day requests cannot be guaranteed. Cutoff time to service change requests is 2 p.m. for next day service. Weekend request will be Tuesday or later.
- A temporary container must be dumped at least once per month, except if a container contains food, vegetable, animal or other putrescible wastes, the City requires dumping at least weekly. Customers are charged for collection haul every 30 days whether container is hauled or not.
