Section 13.02.0565 Special Handling Waste Load Charges
Services at a City disposal facility for disposal of unusual or nonstandard municipal solid waste, requires preapproval of the waste and an appointment. Any special fees associated with this type of disposal, as determined by the City, shall be in addition to the assessed tipping fee, based on weight.
- For use of a loader or pallet jack for unloading at the Waste-to-Energy Facility (WTE) the charge shall be:

- For a missed appointment at the Waste-to-Energy Facility (WTE) the charge shall be $100.00 per occurrence.
- If late for an appointment at the Waste-to-Energy Facility (WTE) by more than thirty (30) minutes, the charge shall be $150.00 per occurrence.
- Special handling appointment times are from 8:00 am through 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments may be scheduled outside these specified times at the Waste-to-Energy Facility (WTE) and may be contingent upon available manpower or other factors. The charge for an after-hours appointment shall be:
