Section 13.02.0610 Penalty
- Except where otherwise specified for violations of this chapter relating to single-family residence service, violations are a class 2 civil infraction with each day a new and separate violation. All infraction penalties are in addition to actual costs of clean-up or other services provided by the City.
- Except where otherwise specified, any violations not included under subsection (A) of this section are a class 1 civil infraction, with each day a new and separate violation.
