Section 13.035.600 Water-Wastewater Rates
“Water-Wastewater Capital” is defined as a rate assessed to all residential and commercial water and wastewater accounts which shall be placed into the water-wastewater capital management account and reserved for purposes of contribution to water-wastewater capital infrastructure.
