Article I. General Provisions
Section 13.04.0504 Application Information
The applicant shall provide such information as required by the director, which may include:
- all the purposes for which the water shall be used;
- the number of service pipes desired;
- whether there is to be more than one structure or building, or more than one separate parcel or property, supplied by the one service connected with the City main, and the number and kind of buildings and properties so supplied;
- the number of flats or apartments in the building;
- the location where the City main is to be tapped, and the size of the tap to be made; and
- the location of the property by lot, block, addition and street number.
