Section 13.04.0606 Inspection/Reading of Meters
Water meters shall at all times be accessible to Water and Hydroelectric Services Department personnel. Where it is necessary for the property owner or lessee to place the meter under lock and key, a key shall be furnished to the water and hydroelectric services department meter reader foreperson.
