Article I. General Provisions
Section 13.04.1916 Duty to Report Contamination
- Every person, upon knowledge of the facts, is required to report immediately to the director any contamination, pollution, or introduction of any unauthorized substance into the water supply system of the City.
- This duty applies to accidental, careless, or intentional incidents regardless of the agency or means of introduction or the person or persons responsible.
