Chapter 13.05 Interference with Utilities
Section 13.05.010 Interference Unlawful
No person may plant or let remain any tree, bush, shrub or any other item in any street or highway or upon private property which interferes with, damages, injures, stops up, destroys or renders defective or dangerous any sewer or sewer connection, or permit others to do so, within the corporate limits of the City of Spokane, or area served by City utilities.
