Chapter 13.05 Interference with Utilities
Section 13.05.020 Poplar and Cottonwood Trees a Nuisance
Planting and/or maintenance of cottonwood, elm and poplar shade trees along the sides of streets of the City is hereby declared to be a nuisance and menace to sewer and water pipes and hydrants, and no person may plant or maintain such trees at such locations, including locations within fifty feet of any water or sewer pipes.
