Chapter 15.01 Commute Trip Reduction
Article I. Definitions
Section 15.01.090 Carpool
“Carpool” means a motor vehicle, including a motorcycle, which is occupied by two to six people of at least sixteen years of age traveling together for their commute trip resulting in the reduction of a minimum of one motor vehicle commute trip.
