Chapter 15.01 Commute Trip Reduction
Article I. Definitions
Section 15.01.480 Compliance
For the purposes of this chapter, compliance shall mean:
- fully implementing in good faith all mandatory program elements as well as the provisions in the approved CTR program description and report and satisfying the requirements of this chapter.
- Providing a complete CTR program description and report on the regular reporting date; and
- Distributing and collecting the CTR program employee questionnaire during the scheduled survey time period.
