        				Chapter 15.01 Commute Trip Reduction
        						Article I. Definitions
        							Section 15.01.490 Violations
        
Each of the following constitutes a violation of this chapter if applicable deadlines are not met:
        
        
        	- Failure to self-identify as an affected employer.
 
        
        
        
        	- Failure to perform a baseline measurement, including:
 
        
        
        
        	- 
        	
        		- employer notified or that have identified themselves to the City or its contractor within ninety days of this chapter being adopted and that do not perform a baseline measurement consistent with the requirements specified by the City or its contractor within ninety days from the notification or self-identification;
 
        	
        	 
        
        
        
        	- 
        	
        		- employer not identified or self-identified within ninety days or the adoption of this chapter and that do not perform a baseline measurement consistent with requirements specified by the City or its contractor within ninety days from the adoption of the chapter.
 
        	
        	 
        
        
        
        	- Failure to develop and/or submit on time a complete CTR program.
 
        
        
        
        	- Failure to implement an approved CTR program, unless the program elements that are carried out can be shown thought quantifiable evidence to meet or exceed VMT and drive-alone goals as specified by this chapter.
 
        
        
        
        	- Submission of false or fraudulent data in response to survey requirements.
 
        
        
        
        	- Failure to revise an unacceptable CTR program as defined by RCW 70.94.534(4) and this chapter.
 
        
        
        
        	- Failure to make a good faith effort, as defined in RCW 70.94.534(4) and SMC 15.01.185.
