Section 16A.61.550 Violations as Traffic Infractions
Failure to perform any act required or the performance of any act prohibited by this Chapter relating to traffic including but not limited to bicycle and pedestrian offenses is designated as a traffic infraction and may not be charged as a criminal offense.
