Chapter 16A.61 Rules of the Road
Section 16A.61.570 Stopping, Standing, or Parking Prohibited in Specified Places – Reserving Portion of Highway Prohibited
No person shall move a vehicle not lawfully under his control into any prohibited area or away from a curb a distance that is unlawful. (RCW 46.61.570(3)).
