Chapter 16A.62 Motorized Personal Transportation Devices
Section 16A.62.050 Applicability of Other Traffic Laws
The following traffic laws shall apply to the operation of motorized personal transportation devices within the City of Spokane:
- Negligent Driving – First Degree: RCW 46.61.5249.
- Negligent Driving – Second Degree: RCW 46.61.525.
- Reckless Driving: RCW 46.61.500.
- Driving Under the Influence: RCW 46.61.502.
- Driver Under Twenty-one Consuming Alcohol: RCW 46.61.503.
