Chapter 16A.65 Use of City-Authorized Utility Vehicles on Public Property
Section 16A.65.060 Safety Requirements for Use of Utility Vehicle
- Authorized utility vehicles used in accordance with this chapter may operate at speeds of no greater than five miles per hour on sidewalks and may not exceed fifteen miles per hour on city streets.
- All utility vehicles operating on bridges must comply with posted weight restrictions.
- Utility vehicles operating on sidewalks and streets shall yield the right of way to pedestrians.
