Chapter 17A.030 Transition to Title 17 Land Use Regulations
Section 17A.030.040 Existing Planned Unit Developments
Planned unit developments (PUDs) authorized pursuant to Title 11 SMC shall be permitted to develop according to the specific terms of such authorization. This shall include the opportunity to apply to the hearing examiner for an extension of time for completion of the PUD. Upon completion of the PUD, the provisions of Title 17 SMC, including all use and development standards, shall apply.
