Section 17C.111.565 Roof Form
- Purpose.
To ensure that rooflines present a distinct profile and appearance for the building and expresses the neighborhood character.
- Design Standards.
Buildings shall incorporate one of the following roof forms: (P)

- Pitched roofs with a minimum slope of 4:12 and maximum slope of 12:12, especially to highlight major entrances.

- Projecting cornices to create a prominent edge when viewed against the sky.

- Terraced roof forms that complement adjoining development.
