Chapter 17C.170 Special Height Overlay Districts
Section 17C.170.010 Purpose
This chapter is established to regulate uses in the zones or portions of zones where unique or unusual circumstances warrant additional conditions or higher standards than normal and to control building heights under special circumstances such as preservation of public view.
