Chapter 17C.170 Special Height Overlay Districts
Section 17C.170.100 Location
- There are two special height districts.

- Cathedral District.
The St. John's Cathedral special height district is bounded by Fourteenth Avenue, Browne Street, Cliff Drive, Grand Boulevard, Ninth Avenue, Chandler Street and Chandler Street extended and Ferris Court.

- Cliff Drive District.
The Cliff Drive special height district is bounded by McClellan Street, Ninth Avenue, Cliff Drive, Lincoln Street and Fifth Avenue.
