Chapter 17C.315 Bed and Breakfast
Section 17C.315.100 Description
- Bed and Breakfast Facility.
A bed and breakfast facility is one in which an individual or family resides in a home and rents bedrooms to guests.
- Retail Sales and Service Use.
In zones where retail sales and service uses are allowed, limited or conditional uses, a bed and breakfast facility is defined as a hotel and is included in the retail sales and service category.
