Chapter 17C.350 Mini-storage Facilities
Section 17C.350.030 Development Standards
Mini-storage facilities are permitted in the zones listed in Table 17C.350.040-1 subject to the following conditions:
- The maximum lot size is seven acres. Facilities on larger lots may be allowed as a conditional use processed through a Type III procedure.
- The required setbacks are:

- front yards: fifteen feet;

- side yards: ten feet;

- rear yards: five feet.
- Parking and internal drives are prohibited in setback areas.
- The accesses are required to be gated and monitored at all times.
