Chapter 17D.010 Concurrency Certification
Section 17D.010.010 Applicability
The following facilities and services must be evaluated for concurrency:
- Transportation;
- Public water;
- Fire protection;
- Police protection;
- Parks and recreation;
- Library;
- Solid waste disposal and recycling;
- Schools;
- Public wastewater (sewer and stormwater).
