Chapter 17D.060 Stormwater Facilities

Section 17D.060.170 Exemptions and Waivers

1. The director may grant exemptions or modify conditions imposed pursuant to:

1. 1. SMC 17D.060.140 – Runoff and Infiltration Controls,

1. 2. SMC 17F.040.085 – Sublevel Design and Construction Controls, or

1. 3. SMC 17D.060.150 – Natural Location of Drainage Systems Requirements.

2. All exemptions and waivers shall be:

1. 1. based upon existing, accepted engineering principles; and

1. 2. consistent with the policies and purpose of this chapter; and

1. 3. in writing.
