Chapter 17D.080 Voluntary Impact Fees
Section 17D.080.070 Fee Schedules and Establishment of Service Areas
- Fee schedules stating the amount of the impact fees in the service area are determined by the department requesting the fee. In any case where the fee is reduced, the department must set forth in written findings its reasons for adjusting the impact fee.
- For purposes of this chapter the City will be divided into service areas. The service areas are established by city council resolution.
- The impact fee for a service area may be modified due to:

- unusual circumstances existing in the development,

- the developer’s submitting a study or data showing that the fee as calculated by the department is in error, or
-
- receipt of a credit pursuant to SMC 17D.080.090.
