Chapter 17D.080 Voluntary Impact Fees
Section 17D.080.080 Calculation of Impact Fees
A department calculates the impact fee set forth in the fee schedule by taking into consideration the following:
- The service area.
- The type of development proposed in the service area.
- The cost of the public facilities necessitated by the development.
- An adjustment to the cost of the public facilities for past or future impact fees, or dedications of property made in lieu of the impact fee.
- The public funds dedicated to the public facilities; and
- The method used by the City to finance construction of the public facilities.
