Chapter 17D.090 Erosion and Sediment Control

Section 17D.090.200 Inspections for Activities that Do Not Require a Permit

1. Ground-disturbing activities that do not require a permit may be inspected as a result of a complaint or otherwise as determined by the director.

2. Inspection locations may include:

1. 1. the adjacent right-of-way;

1. 2. adjacent public property;

1. 3. adjacent private property with approval of entry from the property owner; or

1. 4. the property that is the subject of the complaint with approval for entry by the property owner.
