Section 17D.100.330 Project Permit Exclusion
Pursuant to RCW 36.70B.140, and subject to SMC 17D.100.025, the City Council finds that the certificates of appropriateness required under this chapter warrant a review process different from that provided in RCW 36.70B.060 through 36.70B.080 and 36.70B.110 through 36.70B.130 and Chapter 17G.061 SMC, and hereby excludes such certificates of appropriateness from the review processes provided for therein.
