Article I. General Provisions
Section 17E.010.030 Pre-emption – Severability
- This article intends to establish a municipal regulatory program to be adopted and administered in coordination with other developing federal, state and local programs.
- In case of pre-emption, this article shall be interpreted and applied consistent with the pre-emptive law. In case of direct conflict or invalidity of any portion of this article or regulation promulgated under its authority, the remainder of the article or regulation is not affected, to the extent permitted by law.
