Section 17E.010.060 New Storage Systems – Tanks – Associated Piping
No new or replacement storage system, tank and/or associated piping for a petrochemical product or other critical material is permitted without a secondary containment system approved by the critical review officer. This provision does not apply to ordinary maintenance or repair activity.
