Section 17E.010.100 Spills – Prevention – Monitoring – Response
- The critical review officer may order an owner, occupant or other responsible party, at such party’s sole expense, to take such critical materials spill prevention, monitoring and/or cleanup measures as the officer deems necessary to protect the public health and safety, or in the public convenience.
- No notice or formal procedures are required in the event of emergency, but the critical review officer may give such a form of notice and time to respond as the officer deems reasonable.
