Section 17E.010.180 Penalty
- Criminal penalties for intentional violations of this chapter are as provided by law for a misdemeanor.
- Negligent violation or negligently permitting a violation of this chapter is a civil infraction punishable by civil penalty as provided in SMC 1.05.160.
- Each day of a continuing violation is a separate offense.
