Section 17E.010.550 Preemption – Severability
- This article intends to establish a municipal regulatory program to be adopted and administered in coordination with other developing federal, state and local programs.
- In case of preemption, this article shall be interpreted and applied consistent with the preemptive law. In case of direct conflict or invalidity of any portion of this article or regulation promulgated under its authority, the remainder of the article or regulation is not affected, to the extent permitted by law.
