Section 17E.060.080 Applicability
- All proposed use, modifications, and development occurring within the shoreline jurisdiction must conform to chapter 90.58 RCW, the Shoreline Management Act, and this SMP, whether or not a permit is required, pursuant to WAC 173-26-191(2)(a)(iii)(A).
- As recognized by RCW 90.58.350, the provisions of these shoreline regulations shall not apply to shorelands (uplands within shoreline jurisdiction) held in trust by the United States or by Indian Nations/Tribes.
