Section 17E.060.110 Shoreline Master Program Amendments
- The City may initiate an amendment to these shoreline regulations according to the procedures prescribed in WAC 173-26.
- The City shall conduct a public hearing in accordance with chapter 17G.020 SMC on any amendment proposed.
- Any person or agency may conduct an amendment to the SMP consistent with both chapter 17G.020 SMC and WAC 173-26.
