Section 17E.060.180 Critical Freshwater Habitat
- Definition.
Critical freshwater habitat includes those portions of streams, rivers, wetlands, lakes, their associated migration zones, and floodplains.
- A new use, modification, or development within stream channels, channel migration zones, wetlands, floodplains, and hyporheic zones shall not cause a net loss of ecological functions.
