Section 17F.050.120 Floodlights, Colored Lights
No person may install or maintain upon any property a floodlight or intermittent or blinking light so situated as to interfere with the safe flow of traffic by creating a blinding effect or causing the false appearance of a warning, directional, or traffic-control signal.
