Section 17F.070.180 Exit Requirements
The exit requirements of the building code and the fire code are fully applicable to all existing buildings and portions of buildings. In addition the following sections, SMC 17F.070.190 through 17F.070.240 apply to existing hotel and apartment buildings over two stories in height.
