Section 17F.070.380 Responsibilities of Owners
The responsibilities of an owner under this chapter include:
- maintaining the building in a sound structural condition;
- keeping those parts of the premises under his control, including shared, common or public areas, clean, safe and sanitary;
- furnishing required sanitary facilities;
- furnishing and maintaining devices, equipment, or facilities for the prevention of insect and rodent infestation;
- exterminating insects or rodents upon infestation, when not clearly the obligation of the occupant.
