Section 17F.080.300 Retail Storage and Sale of Matches and Lighters
- Disposable lighters may not be sold at retail without being child resistant.
- All matches and lighters for sale at a retail outlet must be stored and displayed a minimum of four feet off the floor or in plain, constant view of retail sales clerks.
