Section 17F.100.020 Permit Required
In supplementation of UPC Section 103.1, a person must obtain a permit to install, alter, replace or remove any:
- plumbing fixture,
- waste-discharging device,
- waste pipe,
- special waste pipe,
- soil pipe,
- vent pipe,
- house drain,
- rainwater leader or system,
- water distribution system,
- lawn sprinkling system,
- water softener,
- electric water heater, or
- medical gas station.
